 DESCRIPTION
NovaTuff P-500 Elastomeric Base Coat is a premium elastomeric roofbasecoat designed to seal and adhere to built-up, modified bitumen, and polyurethane foam substrates in preparation for coating with NovaTuff RC-100Flexible Epoxy Roof Coating.  NovaTuff P-500 Elastomeric Base Coatisformulated using advanced 100% acrylic polymer technology.  The fully adhered seamless base membrane exhibits outstanding adhesion, strength, flexibility, and water resistance.  It provides a smooth surface over granulated mod bit or rough polyurethane foam.

TYPICAL USES
NovaTuff P-500Elastomeric Base Coatis used as a stand-alone primer coat to smooth rough roof substrate surfaces.  It is also used to embed roofing fabric to reinforce the roof surface to repair areas of damage or to fabric reinforce the entire roof surface.  It adheres well to built-up, modified bitumen, asphalt shingle, single ply, galvanized metal, concrete, plywood, and polyurethane foam substrates
