GenX is the next generation of sealants technology. The high performance advance polymer sealants offers maximum durability for use in many interior or exterior conditions. The product's flew technology allows for +50% joint movment, providing a flexible,  durable bond.
 
The product's one component design ensures that it cures rapidly when exposed to atmospheric moisture to form a durable bond and can be applied in a wide range of temperature and weather conditions ( -40F to 140F ).  It is engineered to deliver aggressive adhesion with the most common construction substrates, while ensuring complete compatibility - even with rubberized asphalt flashing and other flexible plastic  building materials.  These unique features make it the next generation of sealant technology.
 
GenX is designed for interior/exterior use for sealing around the windows, doors and siding.  It bonds to a variety of materials, including fiber cement, cedar, brick, stone, coated aluminum ,steel , fiberglass, vinyl ,PVC, Stucco, EFS, wood, glass, concrete, masonry, flashing tapes, and Kynar coatings.
